We’re growing rapidly and seeking a self-motivated Account Manager to join our Client Experience team.  This role is critical to growing revenue, renewal, extending long term value and obtaining referrals for our Top Tier Accounts. Account Managers at Choozle are the central point of contact for our customers providing strategic, educational and technical guidance for campaigns and account strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own and achieve a revenue and retention goal for assigned accounts
  • Forecast revenue goals for assigned accounts accurately and in a timely manner
  • Create strategic plans to ensure you achieve your revenue goal by identifying new opportunities and cross-selling and upselling Choozle products and services
  • Leverage your expertise and  consultative skills to recommend Choozle products and services that solve customer challenges, ensure their success with the platform, and increase revenue for assigned accounts
  • Actively solicit customer referrals
  • Conduct proactive regularly scheduled calls and meetings to assess the health of the customer, conduct account reviews, identify opportunities, and address challenges effectively keeping Choozle top of mind
  • Conduct strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s), customer events, and educational sessions to broaden our customer’s knowledge of programmatic advertising and how we can help them achieve their goals
  • Advise clients in the development, execution, and optimization of their advertising campaigns
  • Attend weekly revenue meetings 
  • Complete all contracts and renewals in a timely manner
  • Advocate for client concerns and opportunities cross-departmentally in a collaborative, results-oriented fashion 
  • Travel as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new revenue opportunities, approximately 4-6 days/month.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven track record of consistently hitting revenue and retention goals
  • Thinks critically and creatively, confidence, gets things done!
  • Develops positive relationships with clients, leverages a consultative approach to understanding their objectives and recommending the best strategies, products and services that result in increased revenue and long term customer value
  • Experience with digital/programmatic advertising and advertising technology solutions (The Trade Desk, App Nexus, Facebook, AdWords, Google Marketing Platform, or any other associated ad serving technology)
  • Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, 
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal); confident speaking to large groups
  • Effective time management and organizational skills; detail-oriented – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • 2+ years in a client-facing, revenue-generating position (CSM, AM, Sales)
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office
